SMART-Restart is a trading name of SkillRise Careers (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa (761A 28th Avenue, Villieria, Pretoria). All intellectual property in The Quiet System™ is owned by SMART-Restart and Ilonka Botha.
By activating your referral link you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. The programme runs on one principle — Honest Commerce: share what you have personally used, and earn a fair commission. No quotas, no downlines, no pressure, no manufactured urgency. This only works if you work it — SMART-Restart makes no guarantee of income.

To take part you must be a South African resident with a valid South African bank account, be 18 or older, have personally purchased at least Phase 1, and agree to these Terms before activating your link. Affiliate status is automatic on purchase — there is no application, waiting list or approval. As an affiliate you receive your unique referral code by email; using it is optional.
Scope rule: you may only refer phases you personally own. Own Phase 1, refer Phase 1; own Phases 1–3, refer any of those three. When you buy an additional phase, your referral scope updates within 2 business days to include it (you keep your same referral code). No commission is earned on referrals made before the relevant phase was purchased. Attempting to circumvent this results in immediate disqualification.
Affiliates earn 50% of the gross sale price on every qualifying sale made through their referral link. SMART-Restart absorbs all PayFast processing fees from its own share — no deductions are made from your earnings.

Pricing is cumulative — buying Phase 3 includes Phases 1, 2 and 3, and commission is 50% of the cumulative price. Commission is earned at the point of confirmed payment (when PayFast processes successfully and funds are received). Because all sales are final, there is no commission clawback under any circumstances. No commission is earned on your own purchases. Prices may change with advance notice; commission is always calculated on the price at the time of the transaction.
3.1 Schedule. Commissions are paid monthly, on or before the 25th, for all confirmed sales in the preceding month (for example, July sales are paid on or before 25 August).
3.2 Minimum threshold. A balance of R200 must accumulate before a payout is made. Balances below R200 roll over with no expiry and are never forfeited while your link remains active.
3.3 Payment method. Payment is by EFT to a South African bank account in your own name. You must send accurate banking details to [email protected] to activate payments. SMART-Restart is not responsible for payments made to incorrect details you supply.
3.4 Banking changes. Notify us of any change no later than the 20th of the month; later changes apply from the following month.
3.5 Currency. ZAR only. No international transfers, cryptocurrency or PayPal.
3.6 Tax. Commission is paid gross. You are solely responsible for declaring your income to SARS. SMART-Restart does not issue IRP5 or IT3(a) certificates. If you earn above the SARS threshold you should register as a provisional taxpayer.
All sales are final and there are no refunds under any circumstances. This is communicated to buyers before payment. You must communicate this honestly and may not represent the products as having a refund or money-back guarantee. There is no commission clawback.
You can: share your code or link with people who would genuinely benefit from a phase you own; create your own original, honest content; recommend specific phases to specific people; earn 50% on confirmed sales; and mention that you earn a commission.
You cannot: rebrand, rename or present The Quiet System™ as your own creation; modify, extract, translate or reproduce any phase content without written permission; sell any phase at a price other than the official price; bundle it with third-party products; create your own sub-affiliate programme; use the SMART-Restart name or logo to imply you are an employee, partner or agent; make income guarantees or specific earnings claims; or promote through spam or any channel that violates South African law.
Disclosure. You must disclose the affiliate relationship in line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and advertising standards. Suggested wording: “I earn a commission if you purchase through my link, at no extra cost to you.”
There is no approved script — your own honest words work best.
Fine: “I bought this and it helped me [specific outcome]. Here’s my referral link…” · “This is a South African digital product system for people who want side income without showing their face online.” · “I earn a commission if you purchase through my link — at no extra cost to you.”
Not allowed: “This will make you R10,000 a month, guaranteed.” · “I created this / this is my system.” · “Buy my bundle” (it is not your bundle — you are an affiliate) · any claim suggesting SMART-Restart endorses your personal business.
All Quiet System™ content — frameworks, documents, the manifesto, checklists, templates and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of SMART-Restart and Ilonka Botha. You receive referral rights only, not Private Label Rights (PLR) or Master Resell Rights (MRR).

Your role is the referral, not the delivery.
8.1 Method. Each affiliate has a unique referral code. Referrals are attributed to whoever’s code is used at checkout or entered in the “referred by” field.
8.2 Attribution window. A referral is attributed if the customer completes the purchase within 30 days of first using your referral code.
8.3 Disputes. SMART-Restart’s records are definitive. Disputes must be raised in writing within 10 business days of the relevant payment date.
The following lead to immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any unpaid balance: self-referral; referring products you do not own; false, exaggerated or guaranteed income claims; MLM-style recruitment language or financial-freedom promises; rebranding, reselling or claiming authorship; spamming or deceptive marketing; representing yourself as an employee, partner or agent; and any attempt to manipulate, defraud or circumvent tracking or payment. SMART-Restart may suspend or terminate participation pending investigation, and disqualification decisions are final.
Your link stays active while you are in good standing. After 12 consecutive calendar months with zero sales it is automatically deactivated; a balance above R200 is paid at the next cycle before deactivation, while balances below R200 are forfeited on inactivity deactivation. SMART-Restart may terminate the programme or your participation at any time for breach, brand-damaging conduct or any business reason at its sole discretion. You may withdraw at any time in writing to [email protected]; a balance above R200 is paid at the next scheduled payout, and your code is deactivated immediately.
SMART-Restart gives no income guarantee and is not liable for your loss of income, technical failures of the tracking system, pricing or availability changes, or the purchasing decisions of referred customers. Our maximum liability is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the three months preceding a claim.
No manufactured urgency (don’t say “closing” or “limited spots”), no income projections, no guilt-based selling, and no MLM language. Even unintentional breaches may be flagged for correction; repeated cases lead to disqualification. If you are unsure about wording, send it to [email protected] before publishing.
Your personal information (name, email and banking details) is collected and processed in line with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). It is not sold, shared or disclosed to third parties except as required for payment processing or by law.
We may amend these Terms at any time and will notify affiliates of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation means acceptance. The current version is always available on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, under the jurisdiction of the South African courts. Relevant legislation includes the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, POPIA 4 of 2013, and the Income Tax Act 58 of 1962.
